Guests have access to the apartment (1st floor), the shared swimming-pool and garden. Collect fresh potable water from a communal well 50m up the road. This helps avoiding plastic waste. If you feel like exploring, a hiking trail to Toscolano-Maderno starts a few meters behind the chapel in Bezzuglio.

The stylish 45m² flat, furnished in modern Art Deco style, is located on the 1st floor of a single-storey house and has a spacious 20m² terrace. From here you have a view of the pool and, to the south-east, of Lake Garda. In addition to the bathroom, the flat consists of two rooms, a kitchen-living room and a bedroom. Either room opens onto the terrace.
